Thanks for the response.  I did try to use DB5, but when I try to set up
the DSN for Dbase 5 and I tell it the location of the "Database" (After
uploading the .DBF, .INF, and .MDX files to the server) it comes back
with an error saying that it does not exist.  After trying every thing I
could think of and still getting the same error I just assumed that
Access 2002 is exporting the files incorrectly and the Dbase 5 driver is
not recognizing the files.  I would appreciate the information how you
export from Access to DB5 as I may use that option instead.  However, I
would like to use the relational properties with MySQL if I can figure
out how to do it since my Access database has linked tables with special
relationships between them.
