Just be aware that somethings can go wrong :-))
Being a bit more serious, make sure to warn your customers that you are
planning some maintenance work on your server.
Check that the lines in the /usr/sbin/apxs files are correct.
The old PHP install should be in /usr/local/lib/php/ and the php.ini file in
/usr/local/lib/php.ini
Once you ran the install, don't forget to edit the
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file to set the correct path to the php4_module.
It's a simpel as that.
I, personnally reinstalled PHP on a Raq3 this morning, with my customers
even noticing.
