Did you make sure that the admin server is running?
do this from the command line:
[admin@www admin]$ ps auxw | grep admserv
which should give you the following output (excuse the line wrap):
root 489 0.0 1.8 6564 2364 ? S Sep05 0:00
/usr/sbin/httpd -f /etc/admserv/conf/httpd.conf
root 4261 0.0 3.5 6912 4492 ? S 03:30 0:00
/usr/sbin/httpd -f /etc/admserv/conf/httpd.conf
If it is not running do the following command as root:
/usr/sbin/httpd -f /etc/admserv/conf/httpd.conf
report if that gives you and error.
