We really like Mojo Mail.  You can download it free from
http://mojo.skazat.com

It is a pretty good email list manager that has a web interface.
Lots of features.
Easy to install.
There are even ways to get this software to merge somewhat with
your MajorDomo lists.

The program is primarily set up to send messages through the web
interface.  You can also use the "Group" functions and allow
others to send email to the list using send_mojo.pl.
I posted some instructions on how to get the send_mojo.pl to
function properly on a RaQ.
