Yes. The Cobalt way is very different from standard installs of Apache. If
you did a 'make install' and didn't back anything up, it might be time for
an OS restore.

Sorry, I have a Raq2 and my ssl.conf file is probably different. Check the
archives next time. People have been successful in upgrading Apache, it's
just kind of tricky. I believe this will help you out:
