[cobalt-users] CobaltSSL-RaQ2-3.2-Upgrade.pkg

Could a raq2 user tell me if the above .pkg is an upgarde to openssl 0.9.6a?  If  not is there a base .pkg that can be installed to
give ssl access to users and admin?
