Really ? Seems we step up to the plate every time the world screams
injustice. Israel/Palestine, Haiti, Somalia, Serbia, Afghanistan (to help
them repel an INVADING FOREIGN ARMY). I'd say we always are aware of world
events.

That was our oversight in self defense. We don't normally patrol our free
skies with fighter jets as we don't make it a common practice to shoot down
our own citizens. Unlike some other countries, we choose not to live under
martial law. Not easy to scramble fighters not on alert in that amount of
time.

We know our vulnerability is our fault. That does not excuse the attack on
innocent Americans. And you just stated above that Osama told us he would do
it. So why don't you "wake up." I didn't blame Muslims (killing is forbidden
in the Koran I believe), I didn't blame individual countries ( I do support
a free Palestinian state). I blame the militant criminals that commit these
crimes.
