I had some help from the list on this one. I'm actually using GnuPG on the server (Raq4r) to encrypt form results. Most of my clients use PGP. They export their public key and I import it on the server.
If there is interest I'll post the entire instrux on importing keys, etc to the list and if anyone email's me offlist I'll send you the script I'm using to encrypt the mail.
