If you are transferring from RAQ to RAQ use the CMU utility, since
passwords are stored in encrypted form they cannot be decoded back, but
if you copy them over in their encrypted form they will continue to
function.
Even just copying the /etc/passwd /etc/passwd- /etc/shadow /etc/shadow-
would do it, since those contain the shadowed passwords that you'd need.

shortly, and wondered whether there's a simple way for the RaQ
administrator
to retrieve account passwords in case people have changed them from
