It's possible, but Cobalt's install of PostgreSQL does not use port 3306 on
the RaQs. And it wouldn't make much sense to run PostgreSQL on the standard
MySQL port, though someone could have installed a second copy on that port.
It's more likely that MySQL was either already installed and is running or
that the poster had started mysqld already.
ps aux | grep mysql
to see if mysql is running.
