No low profile is not needed just 168 SDRAM DIMMS best place to look is
www.crucial.com they actually list memory for Cobalt products and I think
they are a good price from what I've heard on this list but other than that
your local PC supplier can probably supply

The known limit according to the Data sheet is 512Mb in 2 Dimms of 256K
