We also install Cobalt RaQs on a contract basis or on a one-time basis.

We don't install patches before we're comfortable with them, though. 
And yes, we do guarantee to fix whatever breaks, but often we must
uninstall the patch before we can do that.

Our guarantee, though, is on a best-efforts basis.  If it must require a
fix from Cobalt we'll do our best to expedite their fix, but we can't
guarantee when they'll finish it <frown>.  We limit your exposure to
this kind of problem by not installing patches until we're comfortable
with them.
