When I try to su to to user root via SSH (I login as admin), I get the error
"su: incorrect password". The password is *not* wrong. If I logon by telnet
(which is not usually enabled, of course), I *can* su to root with no
problems. Furthermore, on a connection that has been open prior to this
problem I can also su to root (via SSH). It seems that this problem only
occurs on new SSH connections.
In due time, I'll loose the only root SSH connection I have and I'd like to
solve this problem before so happens.
Anyone's got a clue?
