Yes but incoming proxying has to work; in other words no proxy server
designed to work in a business environment would be useful if it stopped
all https traffic.  I've never had it not work before.

Funny things continue to happen but it's gotten a lot better since I
added eng_US (or whatever it's called) to my Netscape.

I never broke it <smile>; it appears that I've got, somewhere on my
local network, a DNS cache I can't find <frown>.

I'm glad it's beginning to propagate; it'll probably be fine here in the
morning.
