Use ssh (you don't use telnet, I hope; not over a connection as insecure
as satellite), as root, to delete /home/spool/mail/admin (unless you've
forwarded your mail to another account). You don't have to do anything
else but delete it; the RaQ will automatically rebuild it when another
email comes in.
If you don't feel comfortable doing this, contact me offlist, but I have
to warn you that we have a firm policy of not actually logging into a
customer box without a contract agreement in place.
