It's exactly what it says it is, but in case it's not clear, it's a
message that must be the first message in an email box used by an imap
client.  If you turn off imap services, those messages will be deleted
from everyone's email box the next time it's accessed.  (At least it
should be.)

Most recent email clients (including POP only clients) know to not
download or erase it.  Maybe your webmail sometimes grabs it.
