That's a lot of users. It might easily bog down your RaQ. And setting
up all those users through the RaQ's gui interface will take a lot of
time.
If I had to do it on a RaQ, I'd be sure to fill it with memory, and a
large hard disk. I'd want at least 20 Gigs for email, maybe more, and
all the memory you can install, minimum 512k.
That said, if I could choose my platform I'd build a high-end system
just for this with a gigaherz processor, a gigabyte of memory, and two
fifty gig hard disks. I'd use postfix for the smtp server (instead of
sendmail). And I'd use the Plesk administration system if I wanted a
gui front end (http://www.plesk.com/"). Remember the RaQ's
limitiations; you'll stay a lot happier.
