I was amazed to find that even in the U.S., my Netscape browser was NOT
set for en_US.
I added it. So far I can't see if there's a difference. The site still
isn't working at all from the domain name only the IP# (it looks like a
DNS problem but it's strange and it's the only site with the problem so
at the moment I'm not worried about it; I have other things to worry
about.

So far things are working their way out. I just got a call from Dan, he
can find "joshua.nobaloney.net"; the problem appears to be only from my
own local network; somewhere there's a DNS cache hidden and I can't find
it <frown>.
