But there are many items at the cobalt facts web ring site that have to do
with "how to admin"....I trust you're not into content management ?

Of course they would....and on the other hand, having the more popular
"how to" files available as discrete items would lessen the joys of
searching and finding the posts that say "I know you're using a RaQ4, but
this is how I did it on a RaQ2", or the ones that say "I don't know how",
or "Search the archives".
