2 minutes downtime times 200 sites = 400 minutes total downtime, 53 users
who got a "page cannot be displayed" error, 12 users who got a "cannot find
pop server" error, and 3 irate customers who couldn't ftp to their web sites
for sixty seconds.

Alright, maybe its a bit of an exaggeration, but it is nice to know when you
need to reboot, so that you can at least schedule such things and let
appropriate parties know. Also, any time you reboot you run that small risk
that the server won't come back up.
