You need to create the ram file and have your hyperlink point to it. Your Ram
file will point to the rm file. The ram file makes it happen. It will not work
right if you skip it. I think it's because the browser cannot open straight rm
files, but using the plain text meta file opens the RealPlayer, which then opens
the audio rm file. When you use RealServer you use "ramgen" in the link to open
the realplayer and start the stream. I can't remember exactly what happened when
I skipped the meta file (the ram file) it either tried to download the entire
thing or just failed. (I never did it again.) Real has a bunch of information
about pseudostreaming in their developer's section, including a pdf guide. I'd
go get that if I were you.
HTH!
