[cobalt-users] Meta-FAQ maintainer wanted.

My circumstances are changing, so I'd like to hand over the 
meta-FAQ to someone else to maintain.  It's quite mature now, 
so it's not a hard job.  As a true geek, you would of course
simply set up a cron job to mail it to the list, and make 
occasional changes to the text file.
