I just skimmed Paul's instructions. It had been a long time since I looked
at them. Step 3 isn't necessary. Steps 4-7 are the most critical, though I
believe their have been some RaQ2 upgrade packages that installed at least
some of the RPMs listed. Best to use "rpm -qa | grep packagename" to see
what versions are already installed. Also, the RPMs should all be available
on the Cobalt FTP site if not available where Paul has listed.

The URL gives a file not found error for me as well. Here's the URL for
Paul Schreiber's instructions.
http://paulschreiber.com/download/mysql-php-apache-raq.txt I used these
instructions myself back in late 1999 and can verify that they did work for
the versions of Apache, PHP and MySQL stated at the URL above. The steps
won't be quite the same for PHP4 and MySQL 3.23, but will be very close.
I'd suggest using Paul's directions as a guide while referring to the README
and/or INSTALL files for PHP, MySQL and Apache for any differences. For
recent versions of PHP4.x I suggest making the minor modification per bug
9827 listed at the PHP bug reporting site.
