Brian,
We have an instance of simplesecure running on RAQ4's and RAQ3's but as you have found could not get them (or others) working
initially.
In the end we resorted to back tracking to a previous working configuration which involved removing all versions of PGP and
installing "pgp-2.6.3i-3" from rpm.
All public and private keys where generated on a PC (remember the old version of pgp server used is restricted to 2048bit RSA keys
or below) and uploaded to the server.
Once this was in place simplesecure worked as per the instructions.
Give it a try and let me know if you need further help and I will send the config as we use it.
Brett
