I have tried 4 different clients (DOS FTP, Hummingbird Exceed, Best FTP,
WS_FTP pro). The actually file transfer is fast. It seems that between every
file is transferred, a hand shake occurs between the client and the server
that takes 15 seconds. Could there be a time-out? Does Raq4 deliberately
make you wait by way of bandwidth reduction?
