In doing more research I've found that I can dial in and reach the site
with IE 5, and I can reach it from the proxy-server itself with IE4.
But I cannot reach it at all anymore (you figure it out; I've given up
<frown>) from Netscape 4.72.

You're right, of course; I was too upset this morning to think of that.
It makes things slow, especially if I have to use the dialup.
Maybe I'll switch my desktop system to W2K, and give up on the proxy
