Just run this command:
/usr/admserv/cgi-bin/.cobalt/dns/index.cgi
It will load the records file and create the necessary zonefiles.

We've made a system that reads all DNS configuration and zoneinformation
from a MySQL database. Works great, and no textfiles are required...
