What I would do is grab fetchmail available from
http://www.tuxedo.org/~esr/fetchmail/index.html and setup each user with a
fetchmail config file. Then, with the aid of running it as a daemon I would
have it poll the POP3 boxes and stick the mail into the users appropriate
mailbox.
I could do this in a jiffy if you wanted, contact me off the list and we
will sort out a quick, effective and cheap arrangement if you wish.
