What is the exact format of the .htaccess file you need to create to specify
base_opendir - have tried a few combinations including:
php_admin_value open_basedir = /home/sites/www.ozcoz.com
and
php_admin_value open_basedir = /home/sites/www.ozcoz.com
and get server errors trying to access.
I want to limit to the site root for a site
