Well, if we use Erica's email, which spoke of approve and/or release
messages, with specific reference to NOT releasing/approving the
"vacation" message, it sure doe appear that in many instances messages
aren't released to the list automatically...which then brings up the
question about the moderated list.

Could be that the moderator/gatekeeper/owner sometimes makes a
mistake..since they are human.

But, as with so many things Sun/Cobalt related,  conjecture and confusion
reigns with no word from the "head shed".

It's just another example of the "Cobalt Way" Little Grashopper.
