No, but ChiliSoft ASP should enable you to do so (ChiliSoft ASP and
SpicePack is by the way free for Cobalt RaQ owners. Contact
eval@xxxxxxxxxxxxx download and installation details). Search the archives
for info on how to set-up a connection to Access DB's with ASP.

Other than that, you may want to move your database to MySQL. MyAccess is an
AddIn for MS Access 97/2000 which allows you to manage MySQL databases from
within Access. See http://www.accessmysql.com for more information.
