I searched MySQL-mailinglists and --all-databases (and -A) seems to be
a feature of MySQL 3.23.x
Since MySQL 3.22.x is pretty old you should consider to update your
MySQL-installation. Look at http://pkg.nl.cobal.com where you'll find
PKGs to install MySQL.
