Try Neomail. Install it under your main domain and you'll have one URL
for all the users. It's pretty good web mail program. It also does what you want.
It doesn't delete the mails from the server, so you can also get them from a Windows program
(Outlook, Eudora, etc) whenever you want. http://neomail.sourceforge.net/
