[cobalt-users] Server wide Webmail for RaQ4, suggestions please

Hello all.
After searching the archives and finding incomplete or contradictory
answers, I find myself needing to ask;

Is there any webmail package that I can install on a single V-site but
which will allow all my v-site (server wide ie all domains) users
access to their own POP3 mailboxes via a browser.
Ideally I'm looking for something which they can send and check email
from, but which doesn't delete the read messages (so they can collect
via standard POP3 outlook etc. at a later time)

If someone has something installed and working fine with no potential
security hazards, I'd be grateful to receive suggestions.
