[cobalt-users] Inconsistent CGI-related problem

Hello,

I am attempting to figure out why certain Perl cgi scripts occasionally
yield a "You do not have permission to access this page" error.

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the platform being a cobalt
box, but I'm out of ideas.

Most of the time the scripts work fine.  The error happens only
occasionally (about once out of every 15 times the script is executed) and
goes away as soon as I hit reload.  The strange thing is that it only
seems to happen on certain pages, otherwise I would think it were a
network or config issue.

There doesn't appear to be anything written to the error logs when this
happens.  The scripts are running under cgi-wrapper.

Any ideas would be very much appreciated.
