We have a domain on another server (domain.com) that the RaQ4 is handling
mail for through an A record to admin.domain.com, and then have the
admin.domain.com Email Server alias containting 'domain.com'. The problem is
that mail to these are bouncing despite the fact that we have domain.com in
the 'Relay Mail for these hosts' box, as well as the proper DNS entries. The
MX record is setup as "domain.com --> High Priority... --> domain.com". Any
mail that is sent to these domains returns with:
-- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
email@xxxxxxxxxx
----- Transcript of session follows -----
... while talking to domain.com:
RCPT To:email@xxxxxxxxxx
550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for email@xxxxxxxxxx
550 email@xxxxxxxxxxxxx User unknown
The site has a wildcard email account setup, so the user does exist.
Any Ideas?
Thanks,
Chris
