I guess I should start trying these things before posting to the list. It
seems the .meta.id password is NOT encrypted, just looks that way because it
is such a random number. After looking closer, I realized that could not be
encrypted, so I just copied and pasted in as the password for 'admin' and
all is well again on the Cobalt front.
