I am afraid I don't have good news for you. Your harddisk, or at least the
content is broken.
You might be able to recover by mounting the harddisk in another Linux
machine and e2fsck'ing it.
Else I'd try the migration utility ASAP to back your server up until even
more breaks down.
Then OS restore the machine (which will map out the bad sector(s) and
restore the backup.
