[cobalt-users] Access to email for customer when web is served by another server



I am trying to figure out how a customer can access the Site Manager to
manage email account. The RaQ3 is setup to accept only email for the
customer and the web is hosted by a separate machine. Of course, the DNS is
setup for www.domain.com to go to the other machine, while an A record and
MX are pointed to the RaQ3. All of the email accounts are setup and work
great. But how can they access and administer the email accounts. Trying to
use http://www.domain.com/siteadmin I get an Error 404 (not found), of
course, because the DNS is sending it to another server and the siteadmin is
not there.

Also, I noticed even though the site is setup without 'Web Access by
Domain', the RaQ3 still makes entries in the httpd.conf file for the web
site. Doesn't seem to affect anything, but why?
