[cobalt-users] rewrite, ip address etc

Hi,

I want the std rewrite of domain.tld -> www.domain.tld to happen.
However if I type an ip address into the browser I don't want that to be
rewritten to the domain name in the browser bar.

That is if I type in nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn/~user I want that to remain in the
browser bar and not be converted to www.domain.tld/~user.

If I remove the :

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST}                !^nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn(:80)?$

line will this have that effect ?
