We use:

www.thednsplace.com , they're affiliated to opensrs I think.
Easy to use admin panels, great customer service, US$ 12.00 domain/year, no
restrictions other than you setup a free reseller account (including your
Credit Card data)

No relation to them wahtsoever, just a happy customer :)
