[cobalt-users] Web Server Down!

HELP!

I just installed the latest patch
http://ftp.cobalt.com/pub/packages/raq4/eng/RaQ4-All-Security-1.0.1-10602.pk
g from cobalt and now my web server won't respond!  It's only the web
server, I have SSH into it, and when I try to restart apache it says

[root /root]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart
Shutting down Web Service:
Setting up Web Service: chiliasp: Failed to open libcasp2ap.so.
Check your LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable.
/usr/sbin/httpd

I've tried reboot, and no luck..  Any ideas how to fix?  This is a time
press issue..  Thanks list!
