You might want to take a look at his site logs, in
/home/sites/www.clientswebsite.com/logs

if you examine his access file and you find that there is a gap somewhere,
then he could be right. But then of course if he only has one or two page
views per year this doesn't mean anything.

You might also want to have a look at the /var/log/messages file
and at the mailbox admin on your raq
mail -f /var/spool/mail/admin

To see if the swatch service reported something.

That's already a nice for an investigation :-))
