I had the same problem and managed to fix it by editing the 
/usr/local/sbin/poprelayd program.  You can find my solution at:

Specifically, this affects poprelayd-1.2-2.  To check the version of 
your poprelayd, use:

rpm -qa | grep poprelay

Hopefully, this will fix your problem.
