I've been using their service and really like it. They had some issues
with being able to easily transfer domains to your Raq, but they have
solved this through their new control panel. You can also easily ask for
memory upgrades/software reloads through the panel.
Getting hold of them is a bit odd. Email only, but seems to work. I've had
absolutely no problem with the service BUT there is one proviso...
If you want to start playing around adding PHP/ColdFusion/MySQL you will
need to know basic Unix system administration. Particularly when it comes
to User management.
Then again, £900 ex VAT for three years leasing of a Raq3 with 20GB of
bandwidth per month really is phenomenal. I have not seen it beaten
anywhere.
Go for it.

Subject: [cobalt-users] should I buy into RaQ3
Hi,
I am thinking of getting a Cobalt RaQ3 from http://uk2.net/. Is this a good
idea? Are there any drawbacks from buying into this particular service
apart
from those directly related to running my own server?
Any advice will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jim
