Are you sure no one uploaded a .forward file with that address to the
/home/sites/home/users/admin directory? Any file beginning with "." is not
seen via FTP. In Telnet use ls -la to see them or in CuteFTP use a
filter -rtaf to see hidden files.
I'm not sure how to construct the command you would need to do a find
aol.com on the server to avoid searching your access logs at the same time.
Maybe a find joe@xxxxxxx via telnet would do it.
