There are two ways to do this on a Cobalt RaQ3.
One of them is to upgrade it yourself using a RaQ4 restore CD. This is
in direct violation of your Cobalt license, and I do NOT recommend it
<wry grin>.
The other is to set up all the sites on your RaQ and write a simple
redirect html page as index.html.
Sorry, I don't have time to write one right now; there are lots of
examples on the 'net, and in the archives as well.
