Hello,
I was reading the webmaster's script for detecting this, and also was reading WhirlyWiryWeb.com on the matter. In some of the discussions I have read. (gethigh forums?) I came across something that mentioned that it refreshes the page once as part of the detection process.
I have a advertising contract with Burstmedia and I make a good portion of my income from them. I was reading their forums last night and I saw where two of the webmasters got WACKED from their system because a page with the banner on it had a refresh. It was only a one time refresh according to one webmaster, that was used to cache-bust the page since it was updated daily. Never the less, he got wack as that is a cardinal SIN with advertisers.
Does this fix for Ezula and toptext in ANY WAY shape or form reload the page? If so it can cause some serious peril for webmasters with advertising contracts!
