Hi there,
i don't know what it's like on a RaQ4 but on a RaQ3 you have to scroll way
down before you'll find any virtual sites entries.
To make sure if you have the virtual site in your httpd.conf file try
more httpd.conf | grep www.mysite.com
If it returns something than the virtual site entry is there, but at the
bottom.
