The RaQ4r's come with RAID and a second hard drive that will provide
a complete backup of the main one should anything happen. Unless
you're wanting to run a 'mirror' server, the RAID should do what
you're wanting to do - back things up in case of an emergency.
Other than that - I don't know about the ports and such, but thought
I'd throw the RAID idea out.
